Astragalus cf. robbinsii (Oakes) A. Gray [species association uncertain - appears to be intermediate between A. eucosmus and A. robbinsii ] var. fernaldii (Rydberg) Barneby [the "variety" may be a relatively recent local mutation (possibly of A. eucosmus?) - the most "typical" (ie. white-hairy) examples seem to be centred at Cap Crow, Lourdes-de-Blanc-Sablon, Quebec - the "least typical" examples, which very closely resemble A. eucosmus, occur in the outlying Labrador-Quebec Border population - does NOT appear to occur in Newfoundland!]  -  Fernald's Milkvetch - [LAB - RARE]
